Hurricane Success Stories

Here’s what happens when Fast Track To Deployment grads show up with the exact skills they need to crush it with their first hurricane claims…

Shajuania H. | Hurricane Ian

50+ claims closed first time in the field

“I went out on Hurricane Ian and CRUSHED IT. FTD fully equipped me. Matt shows you everything you need to be successful! I have no regrets!” – Shajuania H.

Update #1: $75K in 60 days

After successfully proving herself with her fist claims, Shajuania has become a sought-after adjuster for her firms, building on her success by scaling the number of claims she can close per day, and giving herself a raise every time she deploys.

“Got deployed to Arkansas for wind/hail. Due to my FTD training, I deposited $75K in 60 days. More than I ever imagined possible. Hands down the best course to prepare yourself for a successful career as a claims adjuster.” – Shajuania H.

Update #2: Quadrupled my monthly income

Before FTD, Shajuania was working desk claims, capped at about $10K months. After mastering the field side through Fast Track, she quadrupled her income and became one of her firm’s most trusted adjusters.

“My recent MN deployment lasted 3.5 months. I closed 235 claims within the first 2 months, then was asked to stay for cleanup. FTD increased my productivity and efficiency. I went from $10K months at the desk to quadrupling my income in the field. My managers are constantly amazed by my ability to swiftly close claims and I’m constantly on their first-call lists. Forever grateful to Matt for his Fast Track To Deployment Training. Implementing the processes and the information taught in the course instills the confidence needed to succeed!” – Shajuania H.

P.S. Fast Track prepares you for both desk or field adjusting. We teach you the entire claims handling process so you can confidently pick that claim up wherever it left off—no matter your role.

Shajuania's Story - Fast Track to Deployment
Jordan W. | Hurricane Ian

“Made enough money in 4 months to pay off all my debt!”

After certifying, Jordan was deployed with one of our partner firms to Florida. Even as a brand new adjuster, he was able to stay on until the end of the storm, only being released when it was time for the carrier’s staff adjusters to take over.

“My very first deployment was to Hurricane Ian and yours was the only training I took in preparation. I would have been released in the first week if not for my Fast Track Training.” – Jordan W.
Simeon W. | Hurricane Idalia

“I was the only new adjuster they let stay.”

“This paid off...and quick! Pretty much right after certifying, I was deployed with 30 other adjusters to Hurricane Idalia. It didn’t hit as hard as expected so by the end of week 1, they cut our crew in half. Only myself and two others from [popular training school] survived out of the new adjusters. Week 3 they cut our crew down to 7 people, and somehow, I was the only new adjuster they let stay, even the [popular training school] people had to leave.

At the end of it all the lead manager said he was impressed with my work and attitude and said I was on his personal first call list. I can confidently say that without Adjuster TV I wouldn't have been allowed to stay on the storm. And making it to the end of the storm meant I didn't have to pick up any odd jobs over the down season.” – Simeon W.

Martin F. | Hurricane Milton

“Managers were more than impressed.”

After certifying, Martin deployed with one of our partner firms to handle Hurricane Milton claims.

“You took someone with no knowledge outside of what’s taught in the licensing exam and gave me the knowledge, pathway, and advice to actually succeed. Even though my first claims were outside the major impact areas of the hurricane, I was still able to average $500/day my very first storm. Admin was thoroughly impressed with my work and efficiency, recommending me for further assignments as well as to stick around and work cleanup on Milton.

I could not be clearer in the criticality of this course. FTD provided me with the tools to inspect, submit and clear claims at a much higher pace with minimal to no corrections needed.” – Martin F.

Update: Due to needing minimal corrections, Martin found that soon his files were being pulled from the queue and reviewed first, allowing his claims to be approved the same day they were inspected, skyrocketing his metrics with his firm. This is how you find yourself on that first-call list. Congratulations, Martin!

Brent R. | Hurricane Helene

“Admin said it was unheard of for a first-timer to be so well prepared”

“Within 3 weeks of certifying, I got my first claim. Then just one day later I got deployed to Hurricane Helene. Admin said it was unheard of for a first-timer to be so well prepared. They kept giving me more claims while even experienced adjusters were being sent home. I exceeded expectations per my admin and they kept me on for cleanup!

Before this, I spent a good chunk on other trainings, but didn’t get the hands-on curriculum Fast Track provides!

What Matt does inside Fast Track is very unique and extremely valuable. Had I not invested in FTD, I would not have had my first deployment. Matt’s experience comes through loud and clear and the only reason I was able to be successful was due to the resources provided to me through this program.” – Brent R.
Carl B. | Hurricane Helene

From "Lost" To Last Adjuster Standing

Before FTD

After a 6-year break, Carl tried to jump back into the industry by going straight out on a hurricane deployment—only to find himself completely lost. Not wanting to blow his next shot, he joined FTD to get himself quickly up to speed.

After FTD

With all the gaps in his training filled, and his streamlined new process dialed in, Carl headed off to work another hurricane for one of our partner firms. Here's the update we received when he got home...

"Followed your system and absolutely killed it!""

“Just arrived back home from Hurricane Helene. FTD made me more efficient and I did really well financially this time. I was one of the last to leave the storm after receiving 109 claims! Manager said he would recommend me to anyone that would listen! FTD was money well spent. It’s the closest thing to going out and having a real deployment to get you on the right track before you deploy.” – Carl B.
