The core training is 100% self-paced and online, so you can learn on your own time—no need to take time off work, stay in a hotel, or sit through someone else’s questions. Watch on 2X speed, or hit pause and replay as many times as you need to make it click.
Then come get live support inside the weekly live claims clinics as often and for as long as you like, even after you’re certified.
That depends on your pace. Some finish in as little as 3 days, others take a few weeks or a month or two.
Plan for at least 10 hours to review the core training, plus an additional 10–15 hours to complete your final exam and practical claims assignments (depends on the number of revisions needed.)
Optional weekly claims clinics and other bonus resources may add more time, but the program is built to fit your schedule and learning style.
